• Springfield Storm Debris Pickup Set After Nor'easter (patch.com) — Springfield residents will get a one-time storm debris pickup on Wednesday, Oct. 7, as Public Works collects brush damaged in the late September nor'easter. Only storm-related brush placed at the curb, in cans, or biodegradable bags will be accepted, and residents can call the Department of Public Works with any questions.
