SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Springfield residents planning to vote in person in the upcoming general election should check their assigned polling locations before heading out.
The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 3, with polls open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to New Jersey's Division of Elections.
The Union County Board of Elections' 2026 polling list identifies five voting locations across Springfield, with each serving specific election districts.
Voters in Districts 1, 2 and 3 will cast their ballots at Springfield Public Library, 66 Mountain Avenue.
Districts 4, 5 and 6 are assigned to the Pool Community Building, 44 Morrison Road, in the multipurpose room.
Residents in Districts 7, 8 and 9 will vote at Florence Gaudineer School, 75 South Springfield Avenue, in the cafeteria.
Districts 10, 13 and 14 will head to Chisholm Community Center, 100 South Springfield Avenue, where voting will take place in the gym. The polling location entrance is on the right side of the building.
Meanwhile, Districts 11, 12 and 15 are assigned to Thelma Sandmeier School, 666 South Springfield Avenue, in the library/media center. An accessible ramp in front of the parking lot leads to the polling place entrance.
Residents unsure of their assigned district can use New Jersey's official polling-place search tool to confirm where they should vote.
