SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Springfield Police report making arrests for driving under the influence, criminal mischief and marijuana possession recently.
Springfield Police Department Blotter:
On May 19 – A 38-year-old Brooklyn, New York man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 22.

On May 25 – A 19-year-old Springfield man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a weapon after damaging a vehicle on South Trivett Avenue.
On May 26 – A 34-year-old Springfield man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Morris Avenue.

On May 26 – A-19 year-old Westfield man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana as a result of a motor vehicle stop on South Springfield Avenue.
Patrol Officers also made a total of six arrests on outstanding warrants out of Springfield Municipal Court, East Orange, Irvington, Orange and Newark.
