The shooting death of a 16-year-old Roselle teen who died from his injuries over the weekend is under investigation.

The shooting death of a 16-year-old Roselle teen who died from his injuries over the weekend is under investigation.

Jarod Julien was shot around 9:30 p.m. by an unknown suspect on Nora Drive just south of Route 27 in Linden on Saturday Nov. 29, according to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office.

The suspect then reportedly got into a nearby car and sped off.

The Union County Homicide Task Force and the Linden Police Department are jointly investigating Julien’s death.

The Union County Crime Stoppers also are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
