PURE PILATES TO HOLD A "NUTRITION 101" WORKSHOP
Pure Pilates will hold a "Nutrition 101: The Lowdown on Optimal Health" Workshop on Sunday, October 4, from 12:00 pm to 1:115 pm
Pure Pilates, a boutique studio located in New Providence, NJ, will hold a “Nutrition 101: The Lowdown on Optimal Health” Workshop on Sunday, October 4, from 12:00 pm to 1:115 pm, at the Pure Pilates studio located at 133 Gales Drive in New Providence. The workshop will be presented by Certified Holistic Health Coach and Natural Foods Chef, Betsy True.
The purpose of the workshop is to empower participants to increase their good health, and will provide the knowledge to help them do so. The workshop will focus on topics that include Getting Savvy about Sugar, Fiber: Fact & Fiction, Making Mindful Meals, and Understanding Hormone Health.
“There are so many mixed messages out there about nutrition, and what is important and what is not. This workshop’s goal is to teach those who attend the facts about what we put into our body so they can take-away those tools to make better choices and take control of their health in the future,” said Betsy True, Nutrition 101 facilitator. In addition to being a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Natural Foods Chef, Betsy is also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
