Saint James the Apostle School's Volleyball Teams Take Home Trophies in Archdiocese Championship

Junior Varsity Team places second and Varsity Team wins first place overall in the Archdiocese CYO Fall Volleyball League.

It was another exciting season for the Saint James the Apostle School girls’ Varsity and Junior Varsity volleyball teams. The Springfield school’s Varsity team placed first in the regular season and advanced to the playoffs and Championships. They defeated their opponent winning first place overall in the Archdiocese of Newark CYO Fall Volleyball League. JV team also placed first in the regular season, advancing to the playoffs and Championships. They finished in second place overall. The Varsity and JV teams were led by their coaches Mrs. Patricia Dolansky and Miss Nicole DePrimio.

Saint James the Apostle School has been serving the parishioners of Saint James the Apostle Church and surrounding communities since 1953. Saint James the Apostle School offers students from PreK-3 through grade 8 a Roman Catholic faith-based education which acknowledges each child’s individual ability to achieve their fullest potential academically, socially, and spiritually.
