Saint James Volleyball Plays from the Heart

Team named 2016 CYO Fall Volleyball Champions!

It was another exciting season for the Saint James the Apostle School girls' Varsity volleyball team. The Springfield school's varsity team placed second in the regular season and advanced to the playoffs and championships. The team defeated their opponent, Good Shepherd Academy, winning first place overall to become the 2016 CYO Fall Volleyball League champions. The Varsity and JV teams were led by their coaches Patricia Dolansky, Nicole DePrimio and Jeannie Decoo. After years of playing for the JV and Varsity teams, we congratulate our 8th graders Zakilya, Patricia, Rachelle, and Justine.

Saint James the Apostle School has been serving the parishioners of Saint James the Apostle Church in Springfield and surrounding communities since 1953. Saint James the Apostle School offers students from PreK-3 through grade eight a Roman Catholic faith-based education which acknowledges each child's individual ability to achieve their fullest potential academically, socially, and spiritually.
