Search Is On For Springfield's Pet Of The Week

WESTFIELD, NJ — Meet Chloe! She has been chosen as Westfield Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Springfield's Pet of the Week!

" Chloe is a beautiful 12 year old domestic short hair cat who is the sweet, loving pet of our family. She is always dressed for the occasion, having perfect 'Tuxedo' coloring and is ready to go anywhere, but prefers to relax in the sun napping and watching the wildlife in our yard from her favorite window with a snack or two to really make the day special.

She was a lively kitten, always ready to jump, play with toys and even 'run and fetch' if she was in the mood. She's the special 'Princess' and prefers royal treatment and we all love her for being a good friend and special family member!"

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
