Springfield Jr. Dawgs To Host Summer Cheerleading Camps

Participants will receive instruction in cheerleading fundamentals, including cheers, stunting, and mat work.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — The Springfield Jr. Dawgs, in partnership with the Springfield Recreation Department, will host two Summer Cheerleading Camps at the Chisholm Community Center for students entering grades 3 through 8 this fall.

The first session will run Tuesday, July 28, through Friday, July 31, while the second session is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 3, through Thursday, Aug. 6. Both camps will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Participants will receive instruction in cheerleading fundamentals, including cheers, stunting, and mat work, from experienced coaches. The cost is $100 per child, per week.
