Springfield National Night Out 2018
The event will feature live demonstrations by the Union County Police, S.W.A.T., Bomb Squad, Sheriff's K-9 Officers, and more.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — The Springfield Police Department will host the township's National Night Out Tuesday, Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. at Meisel Field.
National Night Out is an initiative in which people in towns across the country gather at their homes, on their streets, and at their local community centers in recognition of their support of the community. It helps strengthen the partnership between the community and police.
The event will feature live demonstrations by the Union County Police, S.W.A.T., Bomb Squad, Sheriff's K-9 Officers, and more. There will also be a showing of the Disney movie Cars 3, beginning at dusk.
