A walk through some of the most historical cemeteries in Springfield—just in time for Halloween—will take place on Saturday, October 27 at 2 pm as the St. James Nature and Hiking Club continues its action-packed season. This will be a slow and easy walk and an opportunity to meet other St. James parishioners and fellow Springfielders. The group will gather in the St. James parking lot on South Springfield Avenue and proceed to its first cemetery—on Mountain Avenue—the rest is a Halloween Mystery—to be revealed only to hike participants the day of the walk.
