Union County Man Crushed to Death in Central Park: Report
His white Ford van got stuck on a narrow path, and he fell out of it while accelerating and became pinned under the front tires.

Union, NJ - A 56-year-old construction worker from Union, NJ was killed Monday when he was crushed to death by his own van in Central Park in New York City, reports the New York Post.
Manuel Sobral, 56, of Union, was working in the park near Loeb Boathouse when his white Ford van got stuck on a fence in the ground at about 6:30 a.m. as he drove down a narrow path, reports the Post.
He opened the van door and tried to kick the fence out of the way, while pushing down on the accelerator with his other foot. However, he fell out of the van and under the wheels, where he was crushed to death.
