Union County Man Killed After Fight At Country Club, Police Say
The alleged attacker drove off after the fight, according to authorities.
WOODLAND PARK, NJ — A 46-year-old man from Plainfield is dead after a fist fight at a country club on Dec. 18 in Woodland Park, police said.
At around midnight, Woodland Park police responded to the West Mount Country Club for a report of an unresponsive man in the catering hall area. The man was hit in the face by another man and taken to St. Joseph's University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the man has not been released, and his cause of death is yet to be determined.

The man who is alleged to have hit him drove away in a car and has also not been identified, police said.
