Union resident Mia V. Stollen joins the firm of Brach Eichler LLC

Brach Eichler LLC Adds Three Attorneys

Roseland, NJ (February 4, 2014) –Brach Eichler LLC has announced that three attorneys have joined the firm. 

Mia V. Stollen has joined the firm’s family law practice where she will focus her practice on matters involving divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, and equitable distribution.  She will also handle individual and corporate litigation matters. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, she worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Donald A. Kessler, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division. Stollen earned a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and a B.A. from Arcadia University.  She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Stollen resides in Union, NJ.

Jaren Ripp has joined the firm’s health law practice where he will represent hospitals, ambulatory care centers and physician groups in a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts, and stock and asset purchase and sale agreements.  He will also counsel clients in the areas of corporate governance and the formation of entities, including drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements and by-laws. Ripp joined Brach Eichler from Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP in New York.  He earned a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from Colgate University.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Ripp resides in New York City.

Danielle Alvarez has joined the employment services practice. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, she worked at Lite DePalma Greenberg, LLC in Newark, where she represented clients in state and federal court on a range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, municipal tort liability, police-related civil rights defense, employment law matters and appellate litigation. She earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.  Alvarez is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She resides in New York City.
