SUMMIT, NJ — The Summit Police Athletic League Pet Show scheduled for Saturday has been postponed due to forecasted poor weather conditions, city officials announced Friday.
The event has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 30, on the Village Green at 356 Broad St.
The annual event, hosted by the Summit Department of Community Programs, features a dog competition along with exhibitions for other pets including cats, reptiles and birds. Prizes will be awarded in several categories, including a Best in Show honor.
Registration is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., followed by judging at 1:30 p.m.
