Café Theatre’s SUMMER SHORTS, a collection of eight short comedies, began its two-week run Thursday night at The Brownstone Theatre in MONDO, 426 Springfield Ave. Summit. The vision shared by Café Theatre’s Artistic Director David Hoffman and MONDO creator Annette Dwyer hit the spot - with great plays, polished actors, and delicious food and beverages from Marigolds Cafe and Ahrre's Coffee Roastery. It was a perfect way to spend a hot summer evening; and there are five more shows to go! Dates are July 19, 20, 25, 26, 27. Ticket price is $15. Show time is 8:00 pm with doors opening at 7:30.
