While the headlines focus on political power plays, some of the deeper factors at work, especially in times of historical transition, can remain obscure.

John Adams, founder of the Foundation for Law, Justice and Society at Oxford will help us understand some of the dynamics at work when accepted patterns of reciprocal obligation, the relationship of government to the private sector, and citizens to society itself come into question.
