Prepared Childbirth: Instruction for Labor and Birth - Overlook Medical Center

Overlook Medical Center, 99 Beauvoir Ave, Summit is hosting Prepared Childbirth: Instruction for Labor and Birth ($120 weekday or weekend series; $150 one-day class).  Prepare for the big event.  Topics include physical and emotional changes during labor and delivery, comfort measures including breathing and relaxation techniques, partner’s role, medication options, post-delivery recovery, and Cesarean Section. Class is also available in Spanish.
