Summit School 1st Grade Registration Dates Announced
Registration for 1st grade will be held Feb. 28, March 1 and 2 for Summit children whose sixth birthday falls on or before Oct. 1.

SUMMIT, NJ — Registration days for children who will be entering first grade in September 2018 have been scheduled by Summit Public Schools.
Registration for first grade will be held Feb. 28, March 1 and March 2 for Summit residents’ children whose sixth birthday falls on or before Oct. 1.
Registration will take place at the Summit elementary school the children will attend. If a parent is not sure in which elementary school neighborhood they reside, they may find out by calling the Summit Board of Education at 908-918-2100, ext. 3102.

Appointments are necessary for registration and can be made by calling the schools: Brayton School, 908-273-1276; Franklin School, 908-277-2613; Jefferson School, 908-273-3807; Lincoln-Hubbard School, 908-273-1333; Washington School, 908-273-0817.

All forms that are not part of the on-line registration must be submitted at the time of your registration appointment, except for the medical forms, which must be completed and submitted to the schools by June 1. However, the medical forms may be submitted at registration if they are completed by that time.
Also required at registration are:
Primary Documents (Provide 1): Contract of Purchase or Sale of House; Tax Bill; Mortgage Statement; Current Lease/Deed.
Secondary Documents (Provide 3): Current Driver’s License; Tax Bill Utility/Water/Cable Bills; Current Credit Card/Bank Statement; Current Vehicle Insurance; Voter Registration Card.
