Gov. Sherrill Will Attend Juneteenth Celebration In Bergen County Town Friday

TEANECK, NJ — Gov. Mikie Sherrill will join one of Teaneck's Juneteenth events on Friday, her office said.

At noon, the town is holding a flag raising ceremony and awards presentation at Votee Park.

At 1 p.m., there will be a Jubilee at the Rodda Center. A food and vendor fair will take place afterward.

Sherrill is expected to deliver remarks at the Juneteenth Jubilee around 1:30 p.m., at the Senator Loretta Weinberg Bandshell, 1201 Palisade Ave.
