Holy Name is Nationally Recognized for its Commitment to Excellence in Cardiovascular Care

The American Heart Association presents the Get With The Guidelines® awards for proven dedication to best practices, life-saving care

Holy Name has received five American Heart Association Get With The Guidelines® achievement awards for consistently following up-to-date, research-based guidelines to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and shorten hospital stays. The program is designed to improve the management and outcomes of patients with heart disease and stroke. This specific achievement award includes:

Get With The Guidelines puts the expertise of the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association to work for hospitals nationwide, helping ensure patient care is aligned with the latest science-backed guidelines. As a participant in the Get With The Guidelines programs, Holy Name qualified for the awards by demonstrating a sustained commitment to improving the quality of cardiovascular care.
