19-Year-Old Pedestrian Hit By Vehicle In Seaside Park
The young man, from Toms River, was flown to a hospital, police said.
SEASIDE PARK, NJ — A 19-year-old man from Toms River was hospitalized after he was hit by an SUV in Seaside Park on Sunday, Seaside Park police said.
The man, whose name was not released, was crossing the road at the corner of M Street and Central Avenue about 1:30 a.m. when he was hit by a 2015 Chevy Tahoe driven by a 41-year-old man from Westfield, Sgt. Andrew Casole said.
The 19-year-old was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune; his condition was not available on Tuesday.

Casole said driver stopped immediately and called 911, and he was not impaired. There were no summonses issued, Casole said.
