21 N.J. Companies Make Fortune 500 List For 2017

Twenty-one New Jersey-based companies have landed on the Fortune 500 list published Wednesday, and they're all hiring. Four landed in the top 100: Johnson & Johnson (35), Prudential Financial (48), Merck (69) and Honeywell (73).

Companies are ranked by total revenues for their respective fiscal years. The figure shown is a fiscal year-end number as published by the company in its annual report.

This Fortune 500 Directory includes income statements and balance sheet data provided by the companies that were reviewed and verified against published earnings releases and annual reports.
