2nd 'Frozen Ball' On Tap At Toms River Youth Services

The event is for children ages 5 to 10.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Department of Youth Services is inviting children ages 5 to 10 to come out and dance the evening away at its second annual Frozen Ball.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, at the Department of Youth Serives building at 1505 North Bay Ave., Toms River.

There will be music, crafts, make your own cupcake, facepainting and fingernail painting, snowmaking and pictures with Elsa and Anna, the Disney princesses from "Frozen."

"Come dressed in costume!" the invitation from township officials says.

The event runs from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and costs $15 per child, which must be paid in advance at the Youth Services building.

There is a limit of 25 participants, the invitation said.
