Update to Ocean County Library's Access to Flipster Digital Magazines

TOMS RIVER – The Ocean County Library's subscription to Flipster Digital Magazines will be ending on October 31, 2026.

Customers looking for magazines after the Flipster subscription ends can still access Libby and Hoopla. Libby and Hoopla offer access to a wide variety of magazines, free with your library card.

To access magazines through Hoopla, patrons must do so through the Hoopla Magazines Binge Pass.

These digital services are accessible via smartphone, tablet, and computer only to Ocean County residents with an OCL card.
