Bank Robbery Suspect Sought In Toms River: Police
The bank robbery on Fischer Boulevard happened about 12:30 p.m., police said

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River police are searching for a white male who they say robbed the Investors Savings Bank on Fischer Boulevard Tuesday afternoon.
The suspect, described as a white male between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10, was wearing jeans, black sneakers and a full-sleeve, dark, crew neck sweatshirt with a white T-shirt underneath, said Ralph Stocco, spokesman for the Toms River Police Department. The man also was wearing a baseball hat with a yellow brim and white lettering, he said.

The man entered the bank, at 874 Fischer Blvd., at 12:32 p.m., approached a teller and handed the teller a note demanding money, Stocco said. The man fled with an undetermined amount of cash, he said.
