Beachwood Memorial Day Events: Parade, First Aid BBQ
The annual Memorial Day parade will be followed by an open house and fundraising barbecue at the first aid squad building.
BEACHWOOD, NJ — Beachwood's emergency services will hold their Memorial Day services, parade and barbecue on Monday, May 27.
The Beachwood Volunteer Fire Department will open the day with its Firefighter Memorial Service beginning at 10 a.m. in front of the fire house. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. from the fire station and march to Neilson Memorial Park at Beachwood Boulevard and Compass Avenue, where the borough's Memorial Day Service will take place.
Any organization wishing to participate in the parade is asked to contact the fire department at admin@bvfd16.com to register.

Immediately following the parade will be the open house and barbecue at the EMS building.
The barbecue, a fundraiser for the EMS squad, will be held at the Beachwood First Aid building from noon to 3 p.m.
