Bocce Coming To Toms River Senior Center
Township workers have started building a bocce court at the center, adding another activity for residents.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Dust off your bocce skills: bocce is coming to the Toms River Senior Center.
The township's buildings and grounds staff began building a bocce court at the center on Wednesday, officials said.
It is anticipated to be ready for competition starting in April, officials said.

The township was able to use pea stone gravel left over from renovations at the Toms River East Little League complex, which means the town is saving money on the project.
