EXIT Realty Jersey Shore was originally founded in 1980 under the name of All Around Realty with Helen Fayad as Broker/Owner. Helen, who has held a Broker's license for more than 50 years brought her daughter Sharon Miranda into the business 27 years ago. Following in her mother's footsteps, and after a commendable career in Banking, Sharon has become a very successful Broker in her own right. In 2011, Helen and Sharon were given a dynamic opportunity to grow with the EXIT Realty Franchise. EXIT Realty is a Canadian based, fast growing, tech savvy company offering their Brokers, Managers and Agents residual income through the sponsorship of new recruits. There are currently 40 franchise offices throughout New Jersey.
EXIT Realty Jersey Shore re-opened the Brick location January 2011 under the EXIT banner. Shortly thereafter, and just before Super Storm Sandy, the Point Pleasant office opened its doors September 2012. February 2013 brought the birth of the Toms River location. Now with three busy locations and more than 50 Sales Associates to serve the needs of Monmouth and Ocean County residents and seniors, we are making our mark in surrounding communities.
We are growing. We have room for experienced agents and a fast track program for new licensed agents. We start at a very competitive commission split with our focus and priority in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
