April 5th at 10 AM and 2 PM Easter Sunday Brunch Menu
First course: Victorian Charcuterie Teacup with a shrimp cocktail, cheeses, and salami with honey, nuts, and apricot preserves.
Second course: Mixed green salad with blueberries, strawberries, feta cheese, and walnuts, served with raspberry vinaigrette, and warm bread & herbed butter.
Third course: Choice of soup: Carrot coconut, zucchini parmesan, or beef barley with filet mignon.
Fourth Course: A plate with a warm, delicious scone with clotted cream, lemon curd, and strawberry preserves.
Main Course on buffet:
