Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the chakra system, we’ll explore gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and sound healing designed to balance energy, support digestion of life’s stressors, and restore harmony to body and mind.
Expect a nurturing, candlelit space, supported poses, vibrational sound, and time to simply receive. This is a practice of presence, softness, and deep integration. Tea and snacks will be provided.
