Toms River, NJ – Toms River Crescent, an affordable rental community developed by Community Investment Strategies (CIS), is hosting weekly Open House events:
·Wednesdays from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (now through June 10, 2026)
·Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (now through June 20, 2026)
The events take place at the community, located at 100 Crescent Court, Toms River, NJ, and are open to all prospective residents.
Visitors are invited to tour the property, explore available two- and three-bedroom apartments and learn more about the community’s amenities and lifestyle.
