Spooky Sound Bowls

Autumn reminds us that there is beauty in letting go.

As the trees release their leaves and the natural world begins its slow return inward, we are invited to honor our own seasons of change, the things we have outgrown, the chapters that are ending, and the quiet space that exists before something new begins.

Join Renée and Charise for a special dual sound bath inspired by the mystery and magic of the season. Surrounded by candlelight, we’ll settle into stillness and explore the ancient rhythm of release, rest and renewal.

Through meditation, intention and the layered vibrations of two sets of crystal singing bowls, and other instruments, we’ll create space to soften what we’ve been carrying, listen a little more closely to our intuition, and honor both the endings and beginnings within our own lives.

There is nothing to force and nothing to become.

Like the season itself, we simply allow what is ready to fall away to fall, trusting that even in the quietest seasons, something new is already taking root.

Blankets will be provided, and warm apple cider will be served following our practice.

And because it is spooky season, Halloween, witchy, mystical and delightfully spooky attire is always welcome.
