COVID Testing, Vaccine Clinic Openings Delayed: Health Dept
The county's COVID testing and its Manchester vaccine clinic had delayed openings because of the snowfall. Other courses were canceled.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The COVID-19 drive-thru testing and vaccination clinics scheduled for Friday will have delayed openings due to the heavy snow, the Ocean County Health Department said.
The testing center at Ocean County College is set to open at 11 a.m. and will run until 5 p.m., officials said.
The COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Ocean County Transportation Services Complex in Manchester was scheduled for a delayed opening at 10:15 a.m. It will run until 3 p.m. Anyone who had an appointment before 10:15 a.m. should go to the site any time after 10:15 a.m. and the appointment will be honored, officials said.

Also, the health department has canceled the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center classes that were set for Friday and Saturday because of the storm. "A letter with a rescheduled class date will be mailed to all clients. For questions, call 732-341-9700 x7500 or e-mail IDRC@ochd.org."
