TOMS RIVER, NJ — Motorists are urged to use caution and expect delays in the area of Hooper Avenue at Oak Avenue in Toms River Thursday morning following a crash.

The Ocean County Sheriff's Office issued an alert about the crash at about 8:30 a.m. There was no immediate information about the vehicle or vehicles involved or whether anyone was injured.
