Deer Breaks Into Ocean County School, Dashes Away From Police: Video
Rudolph wreaked a bit of havoc inside an elementary school but escaped before he could be charged with breaking and entering, police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A wayward deer escaped charges of breaking and entering this week when it schooled Toms River police and made its getaway out an open door, police said Thursday.
Toms River police were called to Cedar Grove Elementary School on Cedar Grove Road after a resident reported seeing a deer break through a window and go into the school, said Jillian Messina, media relations specialist for the Toms River Police Department.
Body cam footage captures the deer, dubbed Rudolph, as it runs down a hallway and nudges its way into a classroom. (Watch the video below.)
