Downtown Toms River Coming Alive With Art Stroll

The event will be held monthly; tonight is the first Art Stroll.

TOMS RIVER, NJ -- If you're searching for a different way to spend an evening, Downtown Toms River invites you to take part in the Downtown Toms River Art Stroll.

Held on the first Thursday of the month, artists, musicians and more will line Main and Washington streets. Two dozen artists, including photographers, painters, potters and others are scheduled to take part. 

The event is being held with support from the Toms River Business Improvement District and the Toms River Artist Community, John Delaney, the show's curator, said in a post on Facebook.

The Art Stroll will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and shops and restaurants along the route will be open during the event.
