Encore Dental, Burlington Coming To Bey Lea Plaza In Toms River
The Toys R Us site and part of Babies R Us will be filled, the property management said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Two storefronts that have been empty at Bey Lea Plaza for a year will be filled in the coming months, according to leasing agents for the shopping center.
Burlington Stores and Encore Dental have signed leases on properties at the Hooper Avenue shopping center, according to Alan Walker of Jeffrey Realty, which owns the property.
Burlington, long known as Burlington Coat Factory, will be filling the spot that had been home to Toys R Us. The toy giant shuttered hundreds of stores around the country, including the Toms River store, in the spring of 2018.

Encore Dental, meanwhile, will be filling about 8,000 square feet of the former Babies R Us store that closed earlier in 2018, Walker said.
The timeframe on when the two new tenants would open was not certain, but Walker said Encore Dental could open as soon as the end of this summer.
