At the essence of Chinese culture lies qigong, the most ancient form of traditional Chinese medicine. It is a way to reconnect to both our inner being and the abundant universal energy that surrounds us all. We can learn how to gather this qi (or chi/life force energy) when feeling weak, to help heal, strengthen and rejuvenate our bodies. Regular practice helps cleanse, balance and tonify our organ systems, allowing us to create a more suppleness of body and peacefulness of mind. This class will incorporate breath work, meditation, visualization, movement and healing sound. Please wear comfortable clothing. $10
