We can learn how to gather qi (or chi/life force energy) when feeling weak, to help heal, strengthen and rejuvenate our bodies. Regular practice helps cleanse, balance and tonify our organ systems, allowing us to create a more suppleness of body and peacefulness of mind. This class will incorporate breath work, meditation, visualization, movement and healing sound. Please wear comfortable clothing. $10 per class. May take individually
