Explore New Career Possibilities At Vocational School Event
An information session is set for Thursday on the Ocean County Vocational Technical School's accelerated programs for adults.

Finding a new career -- acquiring new skills and making the right connections to break into a field -- can be a daunting task. But if you’re unemployed or tired of working a job that is going nowhere, a new career path may be the only choice.
The Ocean County Vocational Technical School is offering programs that can help make a change easier through its Accelerated Career Training Programs for adults.
The 10-month, full-time curriculum programs in culinary arts, new home construction, automotive technology, practical nursing or cosmetology ”enable students to gain valuable hands-on experience and complete training in less than one year,” according to a news release from OCVTS.
