Fatal Toms River Lounge Shooting Still Under Investigation
Two men were injured in the shooting that also killed a 25-year-old man early Saturday.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A shooting that killed a 25-year-old man early Saturday at a hookah lounge remains under investigation Monday, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Authorities have not released the name of the man who was killed, or those of the two men who were injured in the shooting that happened about 1:20 a.m. Saturday at Top Tier Hookah Lounge in the Silverton Shopping Center on Hooper Avenue.
The 25-year-old died at the scene, the prosecutor's office said Saturday. His age initially had been reported as 29, but authorities on Monday confirmed he was 25.

A 29-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition, and a second 25-year-old man was treated and released, authorities said.
