Firefighters Battle Blaze At Silverton Road Home: Toms River Police
A couple escaped the fire unharmed, police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Firefighters, police and EMS battled a structure fire at a Silverton Road in Toms River Wednesday, police said.
The fire began at 4:28 p.m., Toms River Police Department spokesman Ralph Stocco said.
The fire appeared to have started in the garage and then spread to the house, he said. A man and woman who were home at the time the fire started escaped uninjured, Stocco said.
