Fischer Boulevard Detours Scheduled For Water Work In Toms River

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Fischer Boulevard will have traffic shifts in place from 10 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday while Suez water company conducts work at the site, Suez officials said.

The work is in front of the Hairport near 775 Fischer Blvd. and involves water system excavation followed by paving, Suez officials said.

Traffic will be shifted in both directions, with vehicles limited to the two middle lanes in the area, officials said.

The Toms River Police Department and traffic control will be on site and Suez urges motorists and pedestrians to use caution while in the area of the project.
