Food Distributions Friday For Needy Ocean County Families
There are food kits being distributed in South Toms River and Toms River, rain or shine, for those in need.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The free food distribution efforts to assist Ocean County families in need in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic are continuing Friday in Toms River.
The distributions, in partnership with Fulfill, are at South Toms River Elementary School, beginning at 9:30 a.m., and at the Toms River Presbyterian Church, beginning at 11 a.m.
In addition, Just Believe, Inc. will also have a food distribution at First Assembly of God Church beginning at 2 p.m.

No registration or sign-up is required. Food kits will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- South Toms River Elementary School, 419 Dover Road, South Toms River
- Toms River Presbyterian Church, 1070 Hooper Ave., Toms River
- First Assembly of God Church, 800 Bay Ave., Toms River
As recommended by the CDC, all of the food distributions are practicing social distancing and limiting interactions, and will be performed drive-through style. Families should remain in their vehicle at all times. Please keep your windows closed and pop the trunk and the food will be delivered to the trunk or truck bed.
