Free Movies, Bonfires Or Concerts On The Beach, Anyone?

If you’re looking for something different to do -- something to break up the summer routine without spending a small fortune -- Seaside Heights is offering entertainment on the beach in the evenings this summer.

The best part? These events are free.

BONFIRES -- MONDAYS

Bring your beach blankets to North Beach on Monday nights for the family-friendly Bonfire on the Beach summer series. While the bonfire burns, sit back and enjoy the acoustic sounds of local singers and songwriters. The bonfire begins at dusk and ends approximately 11:30 p.m., with performances beginning at 9 p.m.

Concerts will be held at Carteret Avenue with seating on the beach, every Monday through the end of August.

Every Sunday and Tuesday from now through the end of August on the beach at Carteret Avenue. The movies begin at dusk.

Family Fun Olympics, 6:30 p.m. on the beach between Hancock and Fremont avenues. Every Wednesday through the end of August.

THURSDAYS

It’s the Throwback Thursdays Tribute Band Concert Series. Every Thursday from 8:30-11 p.m. on the beach.

FRIDAYS

Round out the week with the Friday Night Limelight Concert Series on the Franklin Avenue stage. The concerts begin at 8 p.m.
