'Frozen' Ball Invites Toms River Kids To Dance With Princesses

The third annual dance include crafts, face-painting and more.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Youth Services program is hosting its third annual "Frozen" Ball on Friday, Feb. 23 at the youth services building.

The dance will be from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Youth Services building at 1505 North Bay Ave., Toms River. It is open to children ages 5 to 10 and costs $15 per child.

There will be dancing, crafts, face painting and nail painting and photos with the princesses. You can make your own cupcake too.

"Come dressed in costume!" the announcement urges. There is a limit of 25 children and you must pay in advance at the Toms River Youth Services building.
