Greek Festival Returns To St. Barbara Church In Toms River
The three-day festival has food, music and much more to make everyone feel Greek for a day.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — The 48th annual St. Barbara Greek Festival is ready to go this weekend in Toms River.
The three-day festival includes Greek food, Greek pastries and Greek music, and much more, festival organizers said.
There will be tours of St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church at 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and you can watch celebrity bartenders perform at the taverna bar.

There will be games and activities for the kids, shopping in a European-style market, a super 50/50 raffle, and a car raffle.
Greek youth dancers will perform all weekend: 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday; 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday; and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The festival is at the church at 2200 Church Road in Toms River, but there is no parking at the church. All parking for the festival will be at Ocean County College Lot 2. There will be nonstop shuttle buses to the festival site and the college.
The festival hours are noon to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
