TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Township Council has rescheduled its council meeting set for this week to Tuesday, the township announced.

The council is expected to hold second hearings on four ordinances that were introduced at the Feb. 22 council meeting.

One ordinance would ban conservation or environmental restrictions in light industrial zones in the township, which would affect the Ciba-Geigy property.
