When the teams take the field in the morning, Holbrook will be looking to avenge last Thursday's 7-6 loss to the all-stars representing the New England region. They will be facing Ethan Righter, the pitcher who shut Holbrook's high-scoring offense down for four innings. Holbrook rallied after Righter had to leave the game due to pitch-count rules.
Williamsport had been under a thunderstorm warning and tornado watch most of the day and heavy rain started shortly before the scheduled game time.
